More Than Just the Dress

More Than Just the Dress

The Story

Not every styling project starts with a blank canvas.

For this Atlanta Style Weddings editorial, the creative team already had a strong vision in place. The concept centered around a Vegas-inspired wedding aesthetic—bold, glamorous, playful, and a little unexpected.

The foundation was there, but a few pieces were still missing.

That's where we came in.

The Challenge

The production team needed additional wardrobe to help complete the story.

The goal wasn't simply to add more clothing. The goal was to make sure every look felt like it belonged in the same visual world.

The team needed:

  • Cocktail dresses and shorter silhouettes
  • Statement accessories
  • Coordinated footwear
  • Jewelry to elevate the final styling

Our Approach

When I look at a project, I don't see individual garments.

I see a story.

The question becomes: "What is this look trying to say?"

We carefully selected pieces that supported the existing creative direction while helping the overall story feel more complete and cohesive.

Every accessory, shoe, and jewelry choice was made with intention. The goal was to create looks that felt polished without feeling over styled.

What We Provided

  • Curated cocktail and statement dresses
  • Coordinated footwear
  • Custom jewelry
  • Styling accessories
  • Wardrobe support for the production team

The Result

By the time the shoot came together, every look felt connected.

The additional wardrobe helped bring balance to the overall concept and ensured the final images felt intentional from head to toe.

What I love most about projects like this is that they remind me that styling isn't always about creating something from scratch.

Sometimes it's about stepping into an existing vision and helping bring it fully to life.
